Laminectomy and Fusion L4-5 S-1

Although this patient had an L5-S1 laminectomy years ago, they’re now experiencing back and leg pain plus stenotic pressure on the spine. To correct this, I performed a laminectomy and fusion at L4, L5, and S1.

Before I break off the towers, it’s important to check screw and cage placement, and ensure all rods are capped at both ends.
