I need to stress the importance of following through and doing your job. If you caught Tuesday’s video then you know how upset I was (am) that our stand-in surgical sales rep failed to perform their duties. Unfortunately, it gets worse: they failed to show up.
My patient whose surgery has been scheduled for a month and who performed all the necessary pre-op appointments and procedures, did not undergo their surgery and is (rightfully) very upset. This means after coordinating schedules for myself, Dr. Pell, the hospital, the patient, etc, we will now have to reschedule.
This should not have happened.
I won’t name names but I truly will not forget this.
