From the OR to the kitchen, guess what’s cooking? It’s Braciole Sunday! An Italian dish where beef roulades are stuffed and cooked in a delicious tomato sauce. Coming from humble beginnings, this was a traditional meal served in my home as a child. My mother and aunts would use hard boiled eggs and breadcrumbs instead of prosciutto. To me this meal is a symbol of family, resilience, and the simple joy of creating and sharing a meal. This recipe is from @thepastaqueen and @livforpasta – what do you think??
