You may drink energy drinks to help you stay awake during the day, but they can cause back pain. Energy drinks contain caffeine and lots of sugar which causes inflammation in your lower back muscles which can lead to back pain. It’s ok to drink energy drinks as long as you do it in moderation. Try to drink as much water as you can because it will help to keep your muscles hydrated and reduce inflammation.
