Exercising is very important for maintaining a healthy spine. Here are some stretches you can try to maintain a healthy spine:
- Knee to chest stretch: Lay down on the ground and put both of your heels on the ground. Wrap your arms around one of your knees and pull your leg up to your chest.
- Black Flexion exercise: Lie on your back and pull your knees up to your chest. Then push your head forward until you feel a little stretch.
- Hamstring stretches: Lie on your back and bend one knee. Take hold of your foot and pull it closer to your head until you feel a little stretch.
