With Thanksgiving and Christmas right around the corner, it can be fairly easy to gain a little bit of weight. On top of that, the weather is cold outside which makes you want to curl up in a ball on the couch and not get a lot of exercise. It’s important that you maintain a healthy weight and continue to exercise in the winter in order to avoid back pain. Try eating lots of fruits and vegetables and foods that are rich in Omega 3 and Vitamin D. For exercise you can try yoga, pilates, or walk on the treadmill.
