The great summer weather allows us to go outside and gives us more opportunities to exercise our spine, such as going swimming. Exercising in a pool can be very beneficial for your spine because the water helps to eliminate the gravity on your body which can relieve pressure on your spine. If you don’t want to do water aerobics, you can simply walk around in the pool!
