Stay Active During The Fall

Fall brings the cold weather that makes us curl up on the couch with a blanket and not want to do anything. This is ok, but it’s also important that you stay active too. The cooler weather makes our muscles tense up and strains your back. Exercising helps to warm up your muscles, make them more flexible, and reduce your risk of injury. Some ways you can exercise in the fall is to do some yoga, go for a nature walk, or dancing.
