Stretching should be a daily exercise

It’s important to keep your blood flowing and spine muscles and joints loose in the winter. When you wake up in the morning, the first thing you should do is stretch your back and body in general. The cold can cause inflammation in your spine which leads to pain, but if you stretch it will help to reduce that. It’s also important that you stretch before doing any winter activities such as sledding, skiing, ice skating, and more to prevent any back pain and/or injuries.
