  • Carrying Too Many Shopping Bags at Once: When you’re out Christmas shopping, it’s very easy to carry many bags at once which can lead to some back pain. Instead, you should try to distribute the weight evenly or use a cart. 
  • Ignoring Cold Weather Effects: Before doing any exercise, you should always warm up before it, especially during the winter season. You should always stretch lightly before doing any decorating, shoveling, or even walking in the cold. 
  • Lifting Decorations Incorrectly: Bending at the waist to lift heavy directions and storage bins will lead to back pain. Instead of bending at the waist you should bend at your hips and knees and keep the item close to your body.
