Upload Diagnostic Images
Let Dr William Capicotto MD provide an evaluation or second opinion. You must have both an X-ray (lumber or cervical) and MRI. The MRI must have been taken within one year of your request.
Use the Uploader Button
Once on our clinic’s “Uploader Page” you may need access to a CD Drive. Most likely, your images will be on a CD, but you are also able to upload images from Zip Files and Local Folders.
After you’ve uploaded your diagnostic images, please email imaging@capicottospine.com with your:
- Imaging radiology reports
- Insurance card (front and back) (optional)
- Photo ID
- Name of patient
- Date of birth
- Phone number
If You Have a CD Drive
On the “Uploader Page,” you will be presented with two options: “Create a Free Basic Account” and “Already Have an Account.”
After signing in, or creating a new account, you will be prompted to “Choose a Source” for your medical images.
When selecting images on a CD or in a folder, the entire CD or folder can be selected.
When the upload is complete, the images will be uploaded to your account and shared with us automatically.
Once the images are uploaded, you will be able to view them by logging into your account at mymedicalimages.com
If You Do Not Have a CD Drive
If you do not have a CD drive at home, you can order a brand new portable CD drive, through the mymedicalimages’ website located here: mymedicalimages.com/get-a-cd-drive/
Purchasing this CD drive will include a discounted mymedicalimages subscription. With the CD drive and subscription, you will have the ability to upload more images in the future, and store your family members’ images within your account.

Mail Images
Do you have physical copies or unable to upload your images? Please mail your CD of images to our office. (Please Note: We cannot open zip files or access patient portals for doctors, hospitals, or diagnostic imaging centers.

Once We Receive Your Images
Once we receive your images and you complete our New Patient Intake form, we will begin assessing your scans and schedule a virtual appointment to discuss our initial evaluation and your options.
Acknowledgement and Agree
By submitting your diagnostic images, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your personally identifiable health care information can be shared with employees of Dr William Capicotto MD.
- That our evaluation only provides an informational review of the scans and documents you have provided, not an official diagnosis.
- A diagnosis can only be made once you’ve been physically examined by a provider at William Capicotto MD, PC.
