Spring Exercises for March

March is here which means Spring will be on its way with warm weather, beautiful flowers, and sunshine. Now that the weather will be getting warmer, you can go outside and enjoy the warm weather and do some exercise:

  • Go For a Nice Spring Walk: Going for a walk can help to improve your cardiovascular and spine health. Not only would you be getting some exercise, but get some fresh air. 
  • Outside Yoga: What’s better than doing yoga outside in the beautiful weather on the grass? Stretching and doing yoga helps to improve your breathing and keeps your spine and ligaments tension free.
  • Bike Ride: Take your bike out of that dusty garage and go for a ride around your neighborhood. Biking engages and strengthens your core which in turn can help to improve your posture and spine health.
