Stretching is a great way to relieve back pain and stress on your body. Here are some stretches you can try:
- Child’s pose: Sit back on your heels and reach your arms forward. Then hold that stretch for a minute and take deep breaths.
- Seated spinal twist: Sit on the floor with your legs out in front of you. Bend one knee and put your foot on the outside of your other knee. Twist your torso towards the bent knee and hold there for 20 seconds.
- Knee-to-chest stretch: Lie on your back with your knees bent and slowly bring one knee to your chest. Hold it there for 20 to 30 seconds.
