This patient has had multiple lumbar fusions from L2 to the sacrum. The surgeon(s) who performed these procedures did not pay attention to lordosis, and now the patient is severely disabled with flatback. I am going to go to the front of the spine first, and then to the back of the spine and correct the deformity.
