Keep Your Screens At Eye Level

We’re constantly looking down at our phones and it is causing back pain. The reason why it causes back pain is because we’re looking down at them. If you’re looking at a screen whether it be your phone, your laptop, or something else, try to keep it at your eye level in order to reduce strain on your neck and improve posture. Fun fact: your head weighs around 11 pounds. This means that when you look down you’re adding excess weight to your spine. Try to limit your screen time and if you do have to go on your phone, keep the screen at eye level.
