Keep Your Spine Hydrated

Around 60% of the body is made up of water. Our body needs water to survive otherwise it will become dehydrated which can then lead to pain. Water is extremely important for hydrating your spine. Water helps to hydrate the discs that support your spine and neck. It is recommended that you try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. That seems like a lot, but throughout the day it is definitely doable. One way to achieve this is that you could drink 2 to 3 glasses with every meal you have.
