I know the Fall and Winter weather makes it so easy to just curl up on the couch with a blanket and watch tv, but it’s so important that you stay active and stay in shape. You can try doing some winter exercises such as figure skating, skiing, or snowboarding. If it’s too cold outside to do winter exercises you can stay inside and try some yoga, stretching, and pilates. It doesn’t matter what type of exercise you do. It’s just important that you get some sort of exercise.
