Tasks That Cause Back Pain

It’s important that you know what tasks cause back pain so that you know how to do them without causing pain or avoid them. Here are a few tasks that cause back pain:

  • Heavy Lifting: Heavy lifting is one of the most common causes of back pain. When you’re lifting that’s heavy, make sure you lift with your legs and not your back. 
  • Stress: Emotional stress can lead to muscle tightness and back pain. 
  • Prolonged Sitting: Sitting for long periods of time without proper support can strain your lower back muscles leading to pain and discomfort.
