While exercising is good, exercising too much can be harmful to the body and can lead to pain. It’s normal to have some pain after exercising, but if you exercise everyday, it can lead to lower back pain. Also, if you lift weights that are too heavy, you can pull your back. Here is a lift of exercises that you should try to stay away from to protect your back:
- Deadlifts: Deadlifts put too much pressure on your back. An alternative could be to do some leg presses.
- Sit ups: An alternative to doing sit ups could be to do some half-planks.
- Toe touches: An alternative could be to do some supine hamstring stretches.
