Mel and I checked out Fran Ceil Custard in Blasdell– an ice-cream rec from one of our OR nurses! This 40+ year business has been serving up frozen custard and homemade sherbet since 1951. Does it beat Rosie’s Hand Crafted Ice Cream? Maybe not…but it’s worth a visit!
