OMG! The Dr is feeling better from his back surgery. It’s time to start cooking again. This is our rendition of a meal we had in Naples, Florida. Mel made an onion based cream sauce. We mixed that with Bucatini and scallops. Then topped it with caviar. Holy schmoly! My mother, Gracie was a great cook, but she never made anything like this!
